John F. Marchal Sr.
John was admitted to the practice of law in 1958. He obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Notre Dame. He served as County Court Judge from 1960-1962 and as Prosecuting Attorney from 1965-1968. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and is a member and Past President of the Darke County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section of the Ohio State Bar Association. For the past 30 years, his practice has been concentrated in Estate Planning, Probate Administration and Elder Law.
John has been active in community affairs for more than 50 years including service on the Boards of the Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville National Bank, the Darke County Board of Elections, the Darke County Chamber of Commerce, the Greenville Rotary Club, St. Mary’s Church Parish Council and the Boy Scouts of America. John is currently serving as President of The Darke County Historical Society. John resides in Greenville with his wife, Joy.

John has been practicing law since 1996. He is a graduate of Greenville High School, The University of Notre Dame and The Ohio State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Ohio. He is a member of the Darke County Bar Association (Past President) and The Ohio State Bar Association. John is also a licensed Title Insurance Agent with Ohio Bar Title Insurance Company.
John serves on the Boards of the Hope Foundation, Greenville National Bank, The Community Improvement Corporation of Greenville, Ohio and the Darke County Law Library. He also serves on the Finance Committee of the Darke District Boy Scouts of America. John resides in Greenville with his wife, Jeanne, and their two children.

Michael A. Rieman
Mike is a graduate of Greenville High School, The Ohio State University, and the University of Notre Dame Law School. At Ohio State Mike was selected to represent Ohio State as a member of their logistics case competition team taking first place in the Dow Chemical National Logistics Case Competition. Mike also served as the President of the Men’s Club Tennis Team and participated at the National Club TennisTournament in Austin, Texas. While at Notre Dame, Mike was elected to the Honor Council, and was a member of the Business Law Forum.
Currently Mike is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1796 and a member of the Board of the Greenville City Schools Foundation. Mike resides in Greenville with his wife Amanda.
